CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – This weekend, you can enjoy Shakespeare on stage, browse some books, and discover one-of-a-kind handmade gifts.

Hamlet and Midsummer Night’s Dream: The two William Shakespeare classics are on stage this weekend at the Roxy Regional Theatre, 100 Franklin St. Tickets start at $15 with various discounts. Performances of A Midsummer Night’s Dream are at 7 p.m. on April 26, 27, Showings of Hamlet are are 7 p.m. April 27.

Friends of the Library Used Book Sale: Items include thousands of gently used books, CDs, DVDs, video games and more. Each item costs no more than $1 and all funds go to the Friends of the Clarksville-Montgomery County Public Library. Shoppers can fill a bag at the library, 350 Pageant Lane. The event is on Friday and Saturday from 9-5 p.m. and Sunday, April 28 from 1-4 p.m.

Handmade Nashville Expo at APSU: Discover one-of-a-kind handmade gifts and home décor at the Handmade Nashville 2024 Spring Expo at APSU Memorial Health Building, 320 Drane Street. The event is free on Saturday, April 27 from 10-4 p.m.

Craftsman’s Fair: Enjoy live music, tacos, craft cocktails, draft beer, family friendly yard games and more at Old Glory Silo Park, 451 Alfred Thun Road on Saturday, April 27 from 10-4 p.m. This event is free.

Spring Plant Sale: Locally grown plants from Clarksville-Montgomery County Master Gardeners will be available for $2-$5. Event starts at 8 a.m. Saturday at the library, 350 Pageant Lane.
