CLARKSVILLE, Tenn (CLARKSVILLENOW) – A third arrest has been made in relation a string of carjackings that occurred in Clarksville July 19-21.
A 16 year juvenile has been linked to the carjacking that took place July 19, around 1:30 a.m, in the 1500 block of Nolen Rd in which a 2016 Chevy Cruze was taken. The female victim was forced into a vehicle with the suspect, who unsuccessfully attempted to make her extract money from an ATM. The victim was returned home unharmed and the Chevy Cruze recovered.
The 16 year old suspect has been charged with aggravated kidnapping and carjacking. He is currently being detained in a juvenile detention facility.
Two men were arrested last week in relation to the carjcakings. Williams Boughner, 19, and Arion Boggs, 18, were found in a stolen Nissan Versa in the 2300 block of Madison Street on July 21.
