CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Zachary Walker is campaigning for Clarksville City Council, Ward 6.
Walker is a 33-year-old Army veteran who was stationed at Fort Campbell. He will soon graduate from Austin Peay State University with a degree in Business Management.
“I believe a return to Theodore Roosevelt’s era of progressivism, and his Square Deal, is needed to address the many issues that are negatively impacting working families,” Walker said. His “Square Deal” platform for Clarksville includes a living wage, universal pre-K, and a halting the development of AI data centers.
“I’m running because the people and the working families of Clarksville deserve leaders that will place their needs first,” Walker said.
