CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – The Friends of Dunbar Cave and the Starcatcher Initiative invite the public to a night tour of the park entitled “Animal Tales: The Tale of Hansel and Gretel”.
Marty the Bat, Roxy Raccoon, Ophelia the Owl and Park Ranger Skip will share stories of Dunbar Cave’s history and the adventures of Hansel and Gretel Oct. 18 and 19. The first tour begins at 6 p.m. each night.
Tickets are $5 per person and must be purchased in advance at the park’s visitor center between 8-11 a.m., 3-3:30 p.m., or 5-6 p.m. Monday through Wednesday, or 1-4 p.m. on Saturdays. Tickets must be purchased before Thursday, Oct. 17 at 3:30 p.m.
Participants should bring flashlights for the tour. Hot cocoa and cider will be served before each tour and donations are welcome. The tour is family-friendly and not intended to be scary. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
