CLARKSVILLE, Tenn (CLARKSVILLENOW) – A second man has been charged with tampering with evidence in conjunction with the homicide investigation at 1006 College Street that led to the death of Eric Hardy, 26.
Brady Robert Goodwin was seen on video surveillance picking up items off the ground, presumably shell casings, and removing them from the scene just prior to police arriving. Based on further review of video footage, several shell casings were believed to be missing from the scene.
Brady Goodwin was booked into the Montgomery County Jail this morning around 9 a.m. with a $250,000 bond.
This is the second arrest of this investigation, Jackie Dewayne Davis, 29, having been arrested on similar charges Friday, July 26.
The 44 year old man who was shot that night has been released from the hospital.
