CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – The Clarksville Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a 38-year-old vulnerable adult.

Mykell Ohara walked away from a care home on Loupin Drive Friday morning. He is diabetic and has a diagnosed mental health disorder, according to CPD spokesman Scott Beaubien.

Ohara is described as 6-foot-1 tall, weighing approximately 230 pounds, and was last seen wearing a gray hoodie and black pants. Group home staff believe he may have been picked up in a vehicle, but no description of the vehicle is available.

If you see Ohara or know his whereabouts, please call 911 so officers can check on his welfare.
