Update, 3 p.m.: CDE and support crews are dispersed all throughout Clarksville, including but not limited to these locations: Memorial Drive, Golf Club Lane, Ussery Road, Keith Drive, Nicole Road, Forest Hills, Earl Slate, Kraft Street, Peggy Drive, Chestnut Drive, Ginkgo Drive, Madison Street, Greenwood Avenue, Old Russellville Pike, Tara Boulevard and more.
“This is not an exhaustive list of all work locations, but we hope this helps to keep you informed and updated,” CDE said.
In Clarksville, CDE Lightband has just over 2,500 households without power. In Montgomery County, CEMC has 132 members without power.
Making sure you’re on list
If you receive a text from CDE that your power has been restored, but it’s actually not, text the word OUT to 85700 or go to the CDE outage website.
If you have concerns that your outage was not reported, go to Report Outage and enter your account number. If we are aware of your outage, you should receive a message that a ticket has “already been entered.” If we were not aware of your outage, it will generate a ticket.

CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Utility crews worked through the night to restore power in Clarksville and Montgomery County, but over 3,000 were still without power Monday morning.
In Clarksville, CDE Lightband had 2,600 households without power at 8:50 a.m.
In Montgomery County, CEMC had only 535 members without power at 8:50 a.m.
“Our teams worked through the night to continue the restoration process,” CDE said. “As we move into day 4, we have 65 crews here to help restore power. We are so thankful to the community, our employees and outside crews for all the kind words and hard work!”
39,000 total lost power
A 79 mph wind gust was recorded at Outlaw Field at 12:56 p.m. Friday, the strongest recorded in Tennessee.
Those gusts took down trees, utility poles and power lines. At the height of the outage Friday afternoon, 31,000 of CDE’s 79,500 customers lost power.
Throughout the multi-county CEMC system, 48,000 members lost power, with over 8,000 of those in Montgomery County.
