Ronnie E. Farley Jr. is charged with driving under the influence, violation of implied consent, leaving the scene, and due care.

Clarksville Police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred around 4 p.m. this afternoon at a residence in the 900 block of Woody Hills Drive.

Timothy “True” Hutcherson was found guilty on all eight counts, including second degree murder.
