Several items, including wallets containing victims identification and glass-breaking tools, were found in the car.

Following a four-day trial in Judge William Goodman’s court, the jury found 33-year-old Bristol not guilty on all charges.

Shots were fired at an apartment, and although no injuries were reported in either incident, the apartment was hit and damaged.

Joiner was sentenced to serve 2.7 years suspended to state probation for each of the vehicular homicide charges.

The pair are a female and a male, who are allegedly traveling in a Black 2004 Acura MDX.
