CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Investigators with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office have arrested two people on numerous charges after they led deputies on a chase through Woodlawn.
On January 23 around 9:20 a.m. Investigator Bryan DeRose saw a vehicle weaving in and out of traffic, forcing a car to drive off the road to avoid a head-on collision.
DeRose tried to pull the vehicle over but the vehicle fled for approximately 40 minutes throughout the Woodlawn community in an attempt to get away. An NCIC check revealed the vehicle was stolen from Oak Grove, Kentucky earlier in the day.
With the help of the Clarksville Police Department, authorities used spike strips to stop the vehicle near the Liberty Park Subdivision.

Both Fehser and Boyer had warrants on file. Fehser had a warrant for theft of property and Boyer had a capias warrant for two counts of theft, burglary, and vandalism.
Fehser was charged with criminal trespass, theft of property, shoplifting, evading arrest, and vandalism. Total bond with all charges is $67,000.
Boyer was charged with theft of property, unlawful drug paraphernalia, driving on a suspended or revoked license, theft of property, and evading arrest. Total bond on all charges is $41,000.
