CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Look forward to a weekend of culture and adventure in Clarksville.
Downtown @ Sundown: American Floyd will be playing at 7 p.m. Friday. Downtown @ Sundown concerts are free and open to the public and take place the first and third Fridays of each month through October. Chairs and blankets are welcome; however, pets, coolers, smoking/vaping, or outside alcohol will not be allowed on site.
Montgomery County Fair: The fair continues every day until Sunday, June 19 at the Clarksville Speedway. Come by to enjoy some live entertainment, amusement rides, and famous fair food. Admission is $5, and ride ticket prices vary, click here for more information.
Clarksville Juneteenth Festival: From 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday, come by the Wilma Rudolph Event Center to celebrate and pay tribute to the rich history and culture of Black people in America while exploring the journey from Africa to the present day through art, storytelling, performances, food, and more. Juneteenth Block Party: From 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, there will be a block party located at the Downtown Commons. There will be music, live performances, food trucks, Kings Bluff Brewery, face painting, and more. There will be 30-plus event vendors including several community organizations and resources. Summer at Beachaven: On Saturday from 2 to 5 p.m., you can come by the winery to enjoy music from Tristan McIntosh and food from TN Tater Cakes. On Sunday, you can come back from 1 to 4 p.m. and listen to music from Chris Carpenter and enjoy food from Tater Headz.
