CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – A strong thunderstorm is moving across Montgomery County with wind gusts up to 40 mph.

At 3:57 p.m., Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Clarksville, moving northwest at 35 mph., according to the National Weather Service. The storm should pass by 4:30 p.m.

“Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects,” the NWS said. “If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.”
