CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Tiffany Pearl Manning has announced her campaign to represent District 18 on the Montgomery County Commission in the Aug. 6 election.

“As our county continues to grow, we have an opportunity to make smarter investments that strengthen our neighborhoods and improve our quality of life,” Manning said. “I am committed to serving with integrity, listening to residents, and working collaboratively to address the challenges facing our growing community, including affordable housing, expanded childcare opportunities, and improving roadway and pedestrian safety through practical infrastructure solutions, including better-lit streets.”

Manning is a public servant with more than a decade of experience in law enforcement, behavioral health, and education. She currently serves as a law enforcement professional in Davidson County, supporting educational programming and rehabilitation initiatives. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Tennessee State University and completed graduate-level leadership coursework at Trevecca Nazarene University.

Through her career serving individuals, families, and communities, Manning has seen the importance of responsive government that listens, plans responsibly, and invests in the people it serves. She is committed to bringing practical leadership, fiscal responsibility, and community-focused solutions to the Montgomery County Commission.

A resident of District 18 since 2018, Manning is the mother of two children and a member of St. John Missionary Baptist Church.
