CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – John Cohen, a longtime banking professional and downtown Clarksville resident, has announced his campaign for City Council, Ward 6.
A graduate of Tennessee State University with an MBA from Strayer University in Washington D.C., Cohen said he was a branch manager assistant vice president for SunTrust Bank.
He said he plans to use his skill set to lead Ward 6, “creating a sense of urgency in perpetual infrastructure improvements to our growing city, being proactive instead of being reactive. I believe in smart growth, being great stewards of our tax dollars.”
