CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – The Clarksville Montgomery County Humane Society will host Meows & Martinis Friday, March 20 at Old Glory Distilling Co. The community is invited to enjoy the fundraiser from 6:00 p.m. to 10 p.m. benefiting the Cats M.E.O.W. TNR program.

The event includes dinner catered by Liberty Park Grill, desserts by The Chocolate Daisy, music, silent auction, cash bar, and a few adoptable kitties. Dress is business casual.

The Cats M.E.O.W. program is an all-volunteer and 100-percent privately funded program of the Humane Society of Clarksville – Montgomery County.

Since January 2019 the program has fixed, vaccinated, and provided medical care to nearly 500 homeless cats living throughout the Clarksville area.

The program is dedicated to reducing suffering, overpopulation and euthanasia of community cats in Montgomery County through Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) efforts. Cats M.E.O.W. TNR volunteers partner with individuals and businesses in the community to promote, educate, and advocate for compassionate care and population control of community cats.

Tickets are $40 through March 15. The ticket price increases to $50 after March 15. Reserved tables and sponsorship opportunities are available.
