CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Three people have been indicted by the Montgomery County Grand Jury in the murder of 53-year-old Julie Ann Rosario, who was found dead near an apartment on Beech Street on Nov. 3, 2016.
Police determined her death was a homicide.
Court records show that Javian Hawkins, Reginald Pope, and Kymber Green were all indicted in the May session of the Montgomery County Grand Jury.
According to the indictments, they are accused of premeditated murder and holding Rosario captive by force with a deadly weapon.
Court documents say Rosario suffered serious bodily injury, including injuries to the brain, skull fractures, and perforations of the small intestines.
All three are charged with criminal homicide.

An arrest warrant for Hawkins, the first of the three to be arrested, said two witnesses told police Hawkins admitted to the murder of Rosario.
During a police interview, Hawkins made statements indicating he had knowledge of the death of the victim and said a handgun found in his home would likely be the murder weapon.

According to an arrest warrant for Green, witnesses said they saw her forcing Rosario into an apartment on Beech St. on the evening of Nov. 2. They said she was later seen coming from the area where the victim was found after a gunshot was heard in the early morning hours of Nov. 3.
Witnesses also told police Green was seen in that same apartment on Beech St. with Pope and Hawkins later that morning.
During a police interview, Hawkins said he saw Pope and Green assaulting the victim in front of the apartments over a previous drug debt.
