CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Metro Nashville Police have arrested a teenage suspect in a shooting at a Clarksville motel last month.
Ja’baree Jones, 16, was taken into custody Friday in Nashville by the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department.
At 9:28 p.m. on April 23, Clarksville Police received a 911 call from a man staying at the GuestHouse motel on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard, stating he had been shot in the leg, according to police spokesman Scott Beaubien.
Jones was identified as the suspect, and detectives took out a juvenile petition for especially aggravated robbery, Beaubien said.
