Scott Frances Billman, 68, of Clarksville, TN passed away at home on Tuesday, October 24, 2023. He was born September 15, 1955, in Canton, OH to the late Frank Billman and Norma Rex Billman.
Scott thoroughly enjoyed dressing up and wearing his fedoras. He liked playing his guitar and harmonica and singing. He also delighted in spending time in the great outdoors. While working as a truck driver, he took pleasure in taking trips across the county with his wife, Ruby and his boxer Opal.
Survivors include his wife, Ruby Billman; children, Scott Billman, Paul Billman, and Tami Maria; lots of grandchildren and a few great-grandchildren; his brother, Frank Billman, his aunt Linda and several nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives. He had a special bond with David, his oldest grandson and Serena Billman, his niece. In addition to his parents, Scott is preceded in death by his brother, Paul Billman.
Visitation will be held at Gateway Funeral Home on Thursday, November 2, 2023, from 10:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M. Funeral mass will follow at 12:30 P.M. at the Immaculate Conception Church in Clarksville, TN. Burial will be at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
