CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – The Clarksville Police Department is investigating vandalism to vehicles in multiple subdivisions.

Police said sometime in the late evening hours of March 5 through 7, an unknown suspect(s) shot at several vehicles with what appeared to be BBs.

In one of the incidents a witness heard what sounded like fireworks at approximately 11 p.m. on March 7 and looked out the window to see an older model gray car drive off from the area (Glenhurst Way).

The vehicle outside had broken windows and body damage.

In the evening hours of March 5 and 6, two vehicles were vandalized on Acorn Dr. off Ashland City Rd. and one vehicle was vandalized on Post Rd. in a subdivision between Madison St and Memorial Dr.

The majority of the vehicle vandalism occurred in subdivisions off of Trenton Rd. in the subdivisions surrounding Northeast High School (Glenhurst Way, Winding Bluff Way, Short Bluff Dr., Stillwood Dr., Aspen Grove Way, and Harvest Ridge). The vehicles damaged in the Northeast High School area occurred during the evening hours of March 6 and 7.
