CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – The city and state General Election is coming up Nov. 5, with early voting starting Oct. 16. On the ballot are City Council races, state House and state Senate races, Congressional races and the presidential election.

To help voters with their decisions, Clarksville Now is holding election forums, giving candidates a chance to weigh in on the issues. The candidates for Tennessee Senate District 22 are Sen. Bill Powers, a Republican, and Karen Reynolds, a Democrat. Powers declined to be interviewed. Here is the interview with Reynolds:
