CLARKSVILLE, TN – Leadership Clarksville is bringing back its beloved Lip Sync Battle on March 3, marking the event’s long-awaited return to downtown Clarksville after a multi-year hiatus. Leadership Clarksville alumni will take the stage at the Customs House Museum & Cultural Center, competing for the coveted People’s Choice award and the 2026 Lip Sync Champion title.
The evening promises high-energy, friendly competition, and community spirit as performers showcase their best lip sync routines. Doors open at 5:30 p.m., with performances beginning promptly at 6:00 p.m. The event is open to the public and the audience will vote to crown the ultimate champion.
“We’re thrilled to revive this event that brings our community together for an evening of fun and celebration,” said Michael Kasitz, executive director, Leadership Clarksville.
The Lip Sync Battle last took place in 2019, when performers delivered memorable renditions of classics including the Backstreet Boys’ “I Want It That Way,” a Spice Girls mashup, The Temptations’ “My Girl,” and other crowd favorites. This year’s lineup promises to be equally entertaining as alumni bring their A-game to the stage.
