CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Justin Medearis has announced his candidacy for Montgomery County Commission representing District 15.
Medearis said he is running as an independent conservative focused on responsible development, practical traffic solutions, improving taxpayer-to-County Commission communications and revitalizing and developing community parks while preserving the character of Montgomery County.
A Sango resident and entrepreneur, Medearis is the founder of Mind Weapon Media & Marketing, where he has spent years helping businesses grow through strategic communications, branding and digital marketing. With more than two decades of professional experience working with both regional and national companies, he said, he brings a thorough understanding of responsible economic growth, community development and responsible leadership.

“As Montgomery County continues to grow, we must ensure that our infrastructure and planning keep pace,” Medearis said. “Residents across District 15 are experiencing increased traffic, pressure on local roads, and concerns about how development is being managed. My goal is to provide solutions that protect property rights, improve safety, and maintain a quality-of-life families expect.”
Medearis and his wife Jenalee have three children. He said his campaign is rooted in protecting the future of the county for the next generation.
“My focus is simple,” Medearis said. “Together we can responsibly grow Montgomery County while keeping the tax burden low and still protecting the values that make this community special.”
