The welcome center offers locally-designed souvenirs such as postcards, greeting cards, magnets, mementos, T-shirts and other clothing promoting Clarksville.

There’s a space in the store with tables and chairs for meetings with business providers and to conduct other business. Hospitality includes filtered water for visitors to fill their water bottles and coffee.

Besides local brochures, they also make available local business resources.

“We are creating a list of businesses for people moving in, everything from baby sitters to plumbers,” Issacs included. “We have our QR readers for the main sources of information in Clarksville. We want people to have access to all the information. There have been ways to get info but no hand-holding welcome. We made the decision to be that.
