A pursuit ensued with multiple agencies involved which lead to that vehicle being stopped and the driver, Keith Kuzyk, was taken into custody. After a pursuit, 28-year-old Keith Allen Kuzyk was arrested in the 2900 block of Highway 48/13 in Montgomery County.
