CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – A Flash Flood Watch has been issued for Middle TN, including Montgomery County, through Thursday morning.
Rain, heavy at times, will begin falling Tuesday afternoon into Wednesday, which may lead to flash flooding.
These rainfall amounts, on already saturated ground, will likely lead to flooding along area rivers, creeks, and streams, as well as some roadways, low lying areas, and other poor drainage locations.

A Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that lead to flash flooding. The National Weather Service says flash flooding is a very dangerous situation.
