CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – After announcing his decision to leave Morehead State University and enter the transfer portal, Clarksville Academy alum Eddie Ricks III has declared his intent to play for James Madison University, who is coming off a 30-win season and NCAA tournament appearance.

With his decision, Ricks reunites with his former head coach at Morehead State University, Preston Spradlin, who came to terms with James Madison following his team’s NCAA tournament first round loss.
