CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Clarksville’s Downtown @ Sundown Concert series nears the end of its season with just two shows left in 2019. This Friday, October 4, will feature a showcase of local talent beginning at 7 p.m.

The Beagles, a local cover band that has entertained Clarksville for over 30 years, will take the stage at 7 p.m. to perform classic hits to which the crowd can sing along.

Local country artist Andrea Guess, who preformed at the Commons in July, will headline this weekend’s show. This country acoustic singer-songwriter plays seven instruments and currently lives in Clarksville. Guess will take the stage at 8 p.m.

The free concert will feature a variety of fun activities. Food vendors will be selling, and other food is available at several of the downtown restaurants. The Bikers Who Care will also be on site selling beer and other beverages with all proceeds going to the organization’s charities.

Lawn chairs and blankets are welcome. No pets, coolers, smoking/vaping or outside alcohol are allowed on site.

Downtown @ Sundown is held on the first and third Friday of each month through October. For more information, visit the Downtown Commons on Facebook. The season finale will be held on October 18.
