A Celebration of Life service for Dorothy Wilkerson, 69, of Clarksville, TN, will be Friday, October 18, 2024, at 2:00 PM at Sykes Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until the time of service.
Dorothy passed away on October 10, 2024. She was born on March 13, 1955, in Mineola, TX to John and Annie Staples. She was a member of The Liberty Church. Dorothy enjoyed fishing, cooking, and traveling in her spare time. She also liked to sew and was very crafty. Dorothy loved spending time with her friends and family and was a fan of the Dallas Cowboys
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband, Donald Frank Wilkerson Sr.; sisters: Jenny Bell, Lonzetta, and Barbara; and brother, J.W. Jr. Dorothy is survived by her children: Antuan “GiGi” Cornelius, Donald Wilkerson Jr., Cedric Wilkerson Sr., and Paula Denmark; siblings: Gatha, Earol, and Claude; grandchildren: Jasmine, Kiyah, D’Andre, Markell, Reagan, Donte, Makayla, Cedric, Jr., and Tatum; great grandchildren, Arya and Mia.
