CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Clarksville’s Blake Amlicke is set to represent the United States at the 2024 Junior Pan Pacific World Championships beginning this week. Amlicke will compete in three events, including the 100M backstroke, 100M freestyle and 50M freestyle, according to his father, David Amlicke.

“I feel honored and blessed to be a member of the U.S. Junior National Team,” Amlicke previously told Clarksville Now. “It has been one of my goals since I was a kid. I am excited to compete and represent the United States.”

Here’s Amlicke’s competition schedule as he looks to be crowned a junior world champion for the USA.

Event 4 – 100M backstroke

  • Tuesday, Aug. 20, at 6:35 p.m.
  • Finals Wednesday, Aug. 21, at 2:25 a.m.
  • Medals ceremony Wednesday, Aug. 21, at 2:35 a.m.

 Event 11 – 100M freestyle

  • Wednesday, Aug. 21, at 6:15 p.m.
  • Finals Thursday, Aug. 22, at 2:05 a.m.
  • Medals ceremony Thursday, Aug. 22, at 2:15 a.m.

Event 29 – 50M freestyle

  • Friday, Aug. 23, at 6:35 p.m.
  • Finals Saturday, Aug. 24, at 2:25 a.m.
  • Medals ceremony Saturday, Aug. 24, at 2:35 a.m.
