CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – The Clarksville Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a wanted out of Shepherdsville, Kentucky on charges of kidnapping, assault and tampering with evidence.
Brandon Stivers is 6 feet, 5 inches and weighs approximately 230 pounds. Stivers should be considered armed and dangerous.
Stivers is actively avoiding law enforcement, according to a news release from Clarksville Detective Michael Patterson. Anyone that knows the location of Stivers is asked to immediately call 911.
Stivers has multiple tattoos on his arms, legs, and neck, including a tattoo that says “Nicole Lynn” on the left side of his neck, a Shrek tattoo on his leg and a cross tattoo on his neck.
