Charles Estel Lumpkins, 79, of Clarksville, TN, died on Saturday, July 27, 2013 at Gateway Medical Center.
The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 31, 2013 at 11 a.m. at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel with Rev. Bobby Kail and Rev. Billy Wall officiating. Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Viistation will be held on Tuesday, July 30, 2013 from 4-7 p.m. and Wednesday, July 31, 2013 from 10 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.
