Montgomery Central senior wrestler sustains broken neck, Clarksville community comes together for support

Immanuel Gilmore is a 17-year-old senior at Montgomery Central High School, who also happens to be a two-time state tournament qualifier for the boys’ wrestling team at MCHS. As he was wrestling this past Saturday, he sustained a broken neck which led to an emergency surgery at Vanderbilt.

Clarksville Academy boys’ basketball has season end in loss to Webb School

The Clarksville Academy Cougars hosted the Webb School Feet in a regional quarterfinal, and a win or go home matchup, with the right to advance to the state tournament on the line. The Cougars got in a hole early, and couldn’t crawl out of it, and Webb advanced 70-54, ending the Cougars season.
