CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Renters struggling to pay their rent or utilities because of lost income during the COVID-19 pandemic can apply starting Monday for help with their bills.
The COVID-19 Rent Relief Act of 2020 provides funds for this, and it’s being administered by the Tennessee Housing Development Agency. THDA’s Rent Relief Call Center is live via phone and online and available for questions about the program, eligibility and documentation, according to a City of Clarksville news release.
