CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – (CLARKSVILLENOW) Members of the Buddy Ball Special Needs Athletics League took to the field at Austin Peay’s Fortera Stadium Saturday, December 17 for the 4th Annual Buddy Ball, Buddy Bowl. The Rossview High School Football Team, the Hawks, along with the APSU Governors Athletic Department offered their support to the players for the flag football game.

Two teams, the White-Hawks and the Red-Hawks, consisted of around 20 players from the Buddy Ball sports program. Buddy Ball, a part of Progressive Directions Inc., offers league sports for any person with a physical or intellectual disability. By the way, the final score for the 2016 Buddy Bowl, the Buddy Ball White-Hawks 46 and the Buddy Ball Red-Hawks 32.
