Brian Scott Hand, age 51, passed away on August 8th, 2015 at Grace Healthcare in Clarksville, TN.
He was born on June 25th, 1964 in Burlington, IA, to the late Marian and Barbara Hand.
He is survived by his wife, Charlene Johnson Hand; two sons, Christopher and Brandon Hand; and a daughter, Shania Hand, all of Clarksville. He is also survived by one brother, David Hand, and two sisters, Loree and Marcie Hand.
