William Joseph O’Dell, 83, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on Thursday, January 15, 2015, at his residence.
William was born on August 2, 1931, in North Adams, MA to the late Ward O’Dell, Sr. and Blanche Rosana Lebert O’Dell.
Funeral mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Father Chris Nunes officiating. Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until the hour of service Wednesday at the church. Interment will take place at a later date at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery-West in Hopkinsville, KY.
William was a Retired U.S. Army Veteran. He was a life member of the VFW, member of the American Legion Post #88 in Donelson, TN, member of the DAV, and member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
William is survived by his wife, Gladys O’Dell of Clarksville, TN; two daughters, Catherine Ann O’Dell and Debra (Pat) Paeth of Clarksville, TN; three grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.
