Jack David Stevick, age 54, of Clarksville, passed away Sunday, November 30, 2014 at his residence.
Jack was born November 29, 1960 in St. Louis, MO, to the late Jack Beryl Stevick and Helen Newell Stevick.
Memorial service will be held at a later date in Kansas.
Mr. Stevick is survived by sister, Lisa Stevick (Matt Symonds) of St. Louis, MO; brother-in-law, Dwight Bitikofer of St. Louis, MO; two nephews, Dustin Bitikofer of Chicago, IL and Nicholas Bitikofer of St. Louis, MO; and niece, Emma Bitikofer of Peoria, IL.
