Update, 3:49 p.m.: Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 11 miles northeast of Erin, moving southeast at 15 mph with wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea-size hail.
“Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible,” the NWS said.

CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – A Flood Advisory is in effect for Montgomery County until 4 p.m. today, according to the National Weather Service.
At 1:01 p.m., Doppler radar indicated heavy rainfall from thunderstorms, with 1 to 3 inches already fallen in parts of the county. An additional inch of rain is possible, the NWS said. The storms are expected to cause minor flooding in low-lying and poor-drainage areas, particularly in central Montgomery County.
The Weather Service warns drivers not to attempt to cross flooded roads, noting that most flood-related deaths occur in vehicles.
