CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Site plans have been submitted to the Clarksville-Montgomery County Regional Planning Commission for an In-N-Out Burger off Wilma Rudolph Boulevard.
In-N-Out Burger, founded in California in 1948, celebrated a new chapter in 2025 as they made their way into the state of Tennessee. The franchise’s first locations here were in Lebanon and Antioch, followed by Murfreesboro.
As In-N-Out continues to expand across Tennessee, Clarksville will now be a part of the franchise’s plans and history.
In-N-Out Burger not-so-secret menu
According to In-N-Out’s website, each of their restaurants receive fresh, never‑frozen ingredients, with produce prepared daily by associates and fries hand-diced from whole potatoes.
“This ensures customers enjoy the classic In-N-Out quality and freshness they expect, paired with the signature smile and friendly service the company has been known for over 77 years,” the site said.
Traditional In-N-Out burger menu includes their double cheeseburger to a plain hamburger. They also have a “not-so-secret menu” that contains a triple cheeseburger, as well as a quadrupole cheeseburger. Also included on the not-so-secret menu is a grilled cheese selection, as well as a lettuce wrapped burger.
Traditional chocolate, strawberry and vanilla shakes are also offered, along with their signature fry sauce.
Planned Clarksville location, site plans
The applicant the proposed site plan request is Jeff Bryant, and the agent/engineer is Phil Dalrymple.
Site plans show the In-N-Out Burger will be a 3,890-square-foot building with a drive-thru canopy. 55 parking spaces are required; however, 72 have been planned and submitted, alongside three accessible spaces.
The In-N-Out Burger will be on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard where it will replace the Quality Inn, set for demolition, between Holiday Drive and Exit 4.

Montgomery County Mayor Wes Golden told Clarksville Now, “More and more companies are wanting to call Clarksville Montgomery County home. We are excited to have more options and job opportunities for our residents. I have never had one of their burgers before, but the Golden family and I are definitely looking forward to it.”
Economic Development Council CEO Buck Dellinger said, “Our strong job growth and median household income growth are improving our present and future attractiveness. It’s good business sense to place a new retail location in Montgomery County.”
