CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – The Clarksville Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying several suspects, potentially armed, who are involved in a string of vehicle burglaries near Warfield Boulevard.

On June 9, at approximately 4:06 a.m., multiple vehicles at Sinclair Ridge Apartments and Salisbury Way were broken into and several items stolen including a firearm, according to CPD spokesman Scott Beaubien. Surveillance footage shows suspects arriving in a gray Kia and a dark colored SUV before breaking into the vehicles.

According to Beaubien, some of the stolen property has since been traced to Nashville. CPD is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspects, as someone may recognize them based on their clothing.

The footage also shows one suspect carrying an object that may be a firearm, according to Beaubien. Citizens should not confront possible suspects or anyone they believe might be involved but call 911 immediately and report suspicious activities.

Anyone with information or additional video footage is asked to contact Detective Neagos at (931) 648-0656, ext. 5537. To remain anonymous and be eligible for a cash reward, submit a tip online at the Clarksville-Montgomery County Crime Stoppers website or call the Tipline, 931-645-8477.

As this investigation continues, the Clarksville Police Department continues to urge the public to “Park Smart.”

  • Lock your vehicle.
