CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Clarksville police are asking for the public’s help in identifying suspects who are wanted for damaging trees in the downtown Clarksville area.
Police said the suspects were caught on surveillance video damaging the trees Saturday, April 27 around 1:45 a.m. on Franklin Street near North Second Street.
One tree was damaged when the man appeared to use the tree to pole dance. The other tree was damaged during the man’s hasty exit from a parking spot. The male was in the company of an unidentified female.
The damage is estimated at $2,800.
