CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) Dunbar Cave will be hosting a verity of events December 8 through the 9 that the community is invited to attend.

Saturday Events

Bird Feeder Craft
11:00am – 12:00pm
Make a sweet winter treat for the birds. The cost for this program is $1.00 to cover supplies. Pre-registration is required. Allergy warning as we will be using peanut butter.

History of Dunbar Cave
2:00 p.m.- 3:30 p.m.
Dunbar cave as a history of evolution from homestead to state park. Join Ranger Adam on Saturday December 8, 2018 and learn the 200-year history of the park. This program is free and open to anyone in the public that is 10 years of age or older. The presentation will be held in the A/V room inside the visitor center.

Sunday Event

Making a Survival Bracelet
The community is invited to an early celebration of International Mountain Day on Sunday December 9, 2018. This day will be celebrated by making a paracord survival bracelet. The cost to make the bracelet is $5 Participants should register for the event in advance since space is limited. The crafting will take place in the visitor center.
