CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Clarksville police are asking for assistance identifying a man who attempted to rob a store at 2201 Fort Campbell Blvd. Monday around 9:35 p.m.
Police said the man entered the store with a handgun and walked up to the male clerk, but he ran out of the store without stealing anything. He never pointed the handgun at the clerk, but had it in his hands as he approached the counter.
The man was dressed in all black, a ski mask, and gloves.
