CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – (CLARKSVILLENOW) Organizers of this years Best of Clarksville gathered at Agero Monday for the presentation of the check for the money raised at the event held October 6. Three local nonprofit organizations, Bikers Who Care (BWC), Clarksville Association for Down Syndrome (CADS), and Crisis 211 will share $138,933.00.
Bikers Who Care is an organization of motorcycle enthusiasts dedicated to supporting The Dream Factory of Clarksville by fully sponsoring Camp Rainbow – a summer camp for seriously ill children.
BWC also hosts the Leslie W. Watson Memorial Toy Run each year to provide gifts for underprivileged children, as well as a number of other charities.

Crisis 211 provides a hotline for anyone in need of crisis/suicide intervention and for those who need assistance with food pantries, hot meals, shelter, utility assistance, medical care, etc.

The mission of the Clarksville Association for Down Syndrome is to educate and create a support network for individuals with Down syndrome, their families, and the community.
