CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – A crash that occurred Wednesday morning on Highway 76 (Martin Luther King Blvd) has caused traffic issues in the area.
A vehicle struck a power pole, affecting approximately 1,500 CDE customers.
Clarksville police said as of 9:25 a.m. said traffic signals near the Nissan dealership are not functioning due to the crash. Drivers are asked to treat intersections without lights like a 4-way stop.
Only one vehicle was involved in the crash.
Police said the driver suffered serious injuries, but the extent is unknown. He is being transported to Skyline Medical Center.
The crash is under investigation.
