Willie Pace, age 96 of Clarksville passed away Tuesday, January 28, 2014 at Gateway Medical Center.
The funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, February 1, 2014 Foston Memorial Chapel. Family will be present from noon until the time of service Saturday, February 1, 2014. Burial will be at 10 a.m. Monday, February 3, 2014 in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery- West Hopkinsville, KY. Visitation will be from noon until 7 p.m. Friday, January 31, 2014, with Masonic Rites from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. at Foston Funeral Home.
He was born January 14, 1918 in Montgomery County to the late Lottie Garrett Pace and Henry Pace. He was a member of Edgefield Missionary Baptist Church and a World War II Veteran. He retired from Acme Boot Co in 1983.
He leaves to cherish his loving memory nieces, Paulette Lewis, Clarksville, TN, Mary Pollard, Burlington, NJ, Nannie Mance, Oxon Hill, MD,Ellen Garnett, Las Vagas, NV, Bertha Pitts, Nashville, TN Mary Bush, Willie Lee Thomas, Lottie Williams all of Toledo, OH; nephews Dean Northington, Clarksville, TN and a host of family and friends.
