Here’s a quick list of activities and events happening in Clarksville and the surrounding area this weekend, June 7 – 9.

Downtown @ Sundown: The Downtown Commons will come alive again, Friday, June 7 for another concert, part of Downtown @ Sundown. Tennessee Pluckers will open the night. Rolling Stones Tribute act, Satisfaction, will take the stage at 8 p.m. The concert series is free and open to the public.

Friday Night Live at Old Glory Distilling Co.: The inaugural Friday Night Live concert at Old Glory Distilling Co. Friday’s concert, featuring artist Chelsea Bain, will continue inside The Venue at Old Glory. Admission is just $1 and benefits the USO at Fort Campbell. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. Show begins at 7:00 p.m.

Kid Palooza: Kid Palooza, a FREE Family Fair will take place Saturday, June 8 from 2:00 -6:00 p.m. An exciting lineup of fun activities and stage entertainment will take place throughout the event.

Free Kids Fishing Rodeo: The TWRA and City Parks and Recreation will host the Free Kids Fishing Rodeo this Saturday, June 8 at Liberty Park. Children from birth to 16-years-old can enjoy this annual event. The rodeo is free and open to the public. Children, and their parents, do not need a fishing license for this day.

Movies in the Park: Movies in the Park in back this Saturday at Heritage Park. The City of Clarksville’s free, outdoor movie series, continues June 8 with the showing of “Beauty and the Beast”. Pre-show activities will begin at 6:30 p.m.

Jazz on the Lawn: This free event is held at Beachaven Winery this Saturday. Music starts at 6:30 p.m. Rhythm Kings headlines.

Clarksville Downtown Market: Open from 8am – 1pm in Historic Downtown Clarksville. Shop farm fresh produce and locally sourced products.

400 Mile Yard Sale: The 15th anniversary of the 400 mile yard sale will take place in Cadiz, KY this weekend. Shop along Kentucky’s Historic Highway 68 on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
