CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – The Clarksville Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating Noah Williams, who has several warrants out for his arrest for Identity Theft.

Williams stands at 6 feet tall, weighs approximately 180 pounds, with hazel eyes and brown hair. Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or contact Detective Heath at (931) 648-0656 ext 5223.
