Valerie ‘Val’ Mae McCullough, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on Saturday, December 28, 2024, at 69 years of age.
Val was born on September 16, 1955, in Newark, NJ, to the late Henry Gibson and Dorothy Mae Cooper. In addition to her parents, Val is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph McCullough.
Val is survived by her sons, Jermar Gibson (Lenise) and Joe McCullough (Crystal); daughter, Erica Gibson; sisters, Darlene Gibson and Karen Gibson; grandchildren, Dante Gibson (Gabrielle), Danielle Gibson, Crystopher Ventura-McCullough, Jolina McCullough, Jaylen McCullough, Dashaun Outlaw, Giovanne Johnson, Jamon Gibson, Tayshawn Gibson, Eli Gibson, Kamesha Boyce, Jameka Young, and Deauntry Jennings; and great-grandchildren, Jakhyi Hendrix, Jase Dunlap, Indya Randolph, Jamarielle Gibson, Gabe Hammonds, Abby Coleman, Janiya Coleman, and Jalen Boyce.
A Memorial Service will be held at Neal Tarpley Parchman Funeral Home at 1:00 PM on Sunday, January 12, 2025. Visitation will be from 12:00 PM until the hour of service at the funeral home.
