Fort Campbell, KY. – (CLARKSVILLENOW) The 6th Annual USO Ten Miler, 5K, and Free Fun Run is coming up March 18 at Fort Campbell’s Destiny Park (across from the riding stables), but outside Gate 10, so it is easy to access for civilian runners.

Right now, the 5K is only $15 and the 10 Miler is only $20; both increase by $5 on March 1. The Fun Run is free, but registration is necessary.
If you don’t prefer to run or walk, you can choose to have an esprit de corps/cheer team along the course! These teams keep up the runners’ motivation as they distract and delight the runners for the 30-60 seconds that each is in earshot.
The USO suggests music, signs, noisemakers, and other creative ways to encourage the runners. And, you’ll be competing for their vote at the finish line for the Spirit Award, so you are encouraged to be creative!
